Last updated: 9 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CX IT Solution website and the information published on it. Separate written agreements may govern software access, implementation, hosting, support and other paid services.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website. If you use the website on behalf of an institute, company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

2. Permitted website use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for an unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, systems or data.
  • Introduce malware or interfere with the website’s operation or security.
  • Scrape, copy or republish website content in a way that infringes rights or violates applicable law.
  • Misrepresent your identity or submit information you are not authorized to share.

We may take reasonable steps to protect the website, investigate misuse and restrict access where permitted by applicable law.

3. Software, products and services

Website descriptions are general information about our education and training management solutions. They are not a guarantee that every feature, integration, report or customization is included in every deployment.

The scope of software access, implementation, configuration, migration, training, hosting, maintenance, support, fees and service levels should be set out in the applicable quotation, order form, statement of work or service agreement.

If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these website Terms regarding a contracted service, the separate agreement will govern that service to the extent of the conflict and as permitted by law.

4. Accounts, credentials and access

Where accounts are provided, users and client organizations are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, using appropriate access permissions and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Client organizations are responsible for managing their authorized users and for ensuring that those users have appropriate permission to access the records made available to them.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or enforcement of an applicable agreement.

5. Customer data and responsibilities

If you submit or upload information through a service, you must have the legal authority and necessary permissions to provide it. This includes student, candidate, employee, assessment and other personal information.

The organization using the software is responsible for its own lawful collection and use of records, appropriate notices and permissions, user access decisions, retention requirements and the accuracy of information it enters, subject to applicable law and the relevant service agreement.

Data processing responsibilities, backup arrangements, retention, export and deletion procedures should be confirmed in the applicable contract and Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, website text, graphics, branding, layouts and other website materials are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holder. They may not be copied, modified, distributed or commercially reused without permission, except where applicable law permits.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of software, trademarks or other intellectual property. Rights to use licensed software are governed by the applicable software or service agreement.

7. Third-party services and links

The website or software may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. Those providers may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability limits and security practices.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their independent content, policies or availability.

8. Website information and disclaimers

We aim to keep website information useful and current, but content is provided for general informational purposes. Product illustrations, sample dashboards and example workflows may be illustrative rather than live system data.

Features, compatibility, performance and availability may vary with configuration, infrastructure, connectivity, supported devices and third-party dependencies. Online examination monitoring tools cannot guarantee the prevention or detection of every form of misconduct.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without warranties that cannot reasonably be guaranteed, including uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or warranty that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, reliance on general website information, interruptions outside our reasonable control, or third-party services.

This section does not exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including any liability that cannot legally be waived. Liability for contracted software or services may be addressed separately in the applicable written agreement.

10. Changes, suspension and governing law

We may update website content or these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update takes effect indicates acceptance to the extent recognized by applicable law.

These Terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory legal protections and jurisdictional requirements. Any dispute will be handled by a competent court or forum with jurisdiction under applicable law.
